I never believed that "love at first sight" was true until the day I first saw Will. He was standing on the other side of the gym and I saw his back before I saw his face. He had on a sweatshirt with the verse from Acts 20:35 that read: "It is more blessed to give than to receive." I immediately thought, what bold faith must this man have to wear a sweatshirt with a Bible verse on it. I was first drawn to his heart before our very first real interaction with each other. A few weeks later (weeks in which I planned when I was going to go to the gym around the time that I knew I had seen him there) he happened to sit on a workout bench directly beside me. Here's where the funny part of our story started... he was talking about a foley catheter with one of his friends and I took my headphones off and asked him if he was in healthcare! The rest was history! I think our story is such a true testament to our relationship as we have grounded ourselves in our faith in Jesus Christ and enjoy having fun with each other so much. I am so blessed to have found my best friend for life and the man that far surpasses my wildest dreams!
